HOW IT WORKS

Choose the monthly protection plan that best suits your property and needs, and one of our trusted MHC Home Guardians will be assigned to your home here in Cyprus.

Your dedicated Guardian will carry out regular weekly inspections of your property — both inside and outside — ensuring everything remains secure, safe and well maintained while you are abroad.

During each inspection, we check for:

✔ Signs of unauthorized entry or occupancy
✔ Water leaks, burst pipes or moisture issues
✔ Storm or weather-related damage
✔ Mould, dampness & ventilation concerns
✔ Electrical or maintenance problems
✔ General condition of the property inside and out

We also help maintain a healthier property environment by regularly airing out the home and flushing water systems, helping to reduce humidity, stale air, mould growth, unpleasant odours and stagnant water build-up.

After your inspections, you will receive regular updates and status reports via WhatsApp or email, giving you peace of mind that your home is being professionally looked after.

For added reassurance, we can also arrange live video calls during property inspections at your request, allowing you to personally view your home in real time while your assigned Guardian walks you through the property.

GROCERIES: When you plan to next come to Cyprus, send us your Grocery list a week prior your arrival, and we will do your Shopping for you, fresh the day before you arrive, so your home is stocked up and ready for you to just come home, put your feet up and relax. €50
CAR SERVICE: At your request we can take your car to the mechanic for a check up before you arrive in Cyprus, having it fully serviced if needed and ready for you to drive safely. €50
CAR M.O.T: We can also arrange for you vehicle's M.O.T to be done when it's expired, taking your car to receive the mandatory Transport Road Worthy Certificate so your car is safe, legally on the road and ready for you to drive when you arrive. €50
POOL CLEANING: Price depends on the size of the pool.
GARDENING: Price depends on the size of the yard, the garden, trees etc...
OVERSEEING MAINTENANCE: Once we arrange maintance to be done to your property when needed, whether it be plumbing, electrical, etc..., We can also remain at your property overseeing the work making sure it's done in a satisfactory manner and your property is secure from any strangers doing anything they shouldn't do while they are there, and closing up securely when they satisfactorily completed the work. €40
EMERGENCY CALL OUTS: If the alarm is triggered, we will do a same day emergency inspection making sure your property is safe and secure and we will report back to you. €30
HANDLING DELIVERIES: If you decide to order anything online for your property and need us to be there for the delivery, we got you. €30

AIRPORT CAR DELIVERY: We can arrange to deliver your car to the airport, with a full tank of petrol ready for you. €120
OTHER: We can Arrange anything else you may like us to do before you arrive in Cyprus or even while you're here, just let us know what you need and we will do our best to make it happen if it's within our ability.
